PORTO FEMME SESSIONS
27.02- 10pm
Feminine Cinema Cycle – 18th Screening
Sala de Espetáculos

On the last Wednesday of each month, the Maus Hábitos will screen thematic cinema cycles in which the common denominator is films directed by women.
The objective is to give visibility to the work of women in the cinema, through the projection of their works and, whenever possible, their presence in the sessions, promoting the encounter between the public and the authors.

In February, in a joint partnership between PORTO FEMME and SHORTCUTZ PORTO, it was decided to create this special session " FEMINIST CINE-STRIKE". In this session, the cinema is the weapon of fight that unites us to Network March 8 - International Feminist Strike.

Janaína, Antônia’s daughter, follows the commands of her severe mother and endures the subjugation of her frustrations.
